A booking request page that only offers slots you can actually take
We build a public page that shows only the times that fit your business hours and buffers. When someone picks a slot and sends a request, it lands in your inbox.
The problem
Booking by email means a lot of back and forth: "Does Thursday work?" "No, I'm out until noon." Generic scheduling tools often offer times you never meant to give, like back-to-back calls with no travel or prep gap. You end up policing your own calendar and apologizing for slots you shouldn't have shown.
What we’d build
- A public page with a date and time picker that lists only slots inside your weekly hours, with your buffer before and after each appointment and a minimum notice period applied.
- A short request form for name, email, phone, and a note, so you have what you need before you reply.
- Saved data: each request is stored and its slot is held, so two people can't ask for the same time.
- One integration: an email to your inbox for every request, with the details and a link that releases the slot if you decline.
- Up to 5 screens in total, no login or accounts, hosted link and full source code, plus two rounds of tweaks.
A concrete example
An independent bookkeeper offers 30-minute intro calls on Tuesday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific. She wants 15 minutes of buffer after each call and at least 24 hours of notice. We build a picker that shows only those slots, a request form, a thank-you screen, and a release screen she reaches from her email. When a prospect requests Wednesday at 11:00, she gets an email, and that slot and its buffer disappear from the page. She replies to confirm by hand, or clicks the link to free the slot.

Frequently asked
Does this sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
No. The one integration in this tier is email, so requests arrive in your inbox and you confirm them yourself. Your hours and buffers are set when we build it, and we don't read your calendar.
Is a request the same as a confirmed booking?
No, it's a request. The slot is held on the page, and you confirm by replying to the person or free the slot with the link in your email.
What if my hours change later?
Two rounds of tweaks are included, and you can use them to adjust hours, buffers, or wording. After that, you can edit the settings in the source code we hand over, or start a new project with us.
What does hosting cost, and what if I'm unhappy?
Hosting is included for 12 months, then $9.00 per month, or you can self-host with the source code. If we decline your project before work starts, you get a full refund. Once we deliver, there are no refunds.
