Saturday Run Club signup page with organizer admin view

The problem
The organizer of a Saturday run club needed a simple way for people to sign up and share their running pace. They also needed to see who had signed up each week without chasing messages or keeping a list by hand.
What we built
We built a public signup page with fields for name, email, and running pace. Each signup is saved, and the page shows a live count of how many people have signed up this week. The organizer gets an email for every new signup with the person's name, email, and pace. An admin view behind a magic link shows the signup list, laid out to read easily on a phone. Signups are grouped by week, so the count resets each week and past weeks stay viewable in the admin list. An add-to-phone shortcut lets the organizer open the list like an app. The applet is hosted at its own link for a year.
Outcome
The organizer can now collect signups through one shared link and see the current week's count on the page. They get an email for each new signup and can check the full list on their phone, including past weeks, without keeping a separate list.
